Reservation Policy
-  One night's deposit required for all reservations.
-  Minimum two nights on weekends
-  Reservations may not be shortened on the date of arrival.
-  Each additional adult is $10 per night.
-  Sorry, no pets

 

 

 

Cancellation Policy for Summer
 Prior to the 14 days of your arrival date there is a $20 cancellation fee for all types of rooms except the Two Bedroom Efficiency Apartment that has a cancellation fee of $50, and the Two Bedroom Luxury Apartment that has a cancellation fee of  $200.  Cancellation within the 14 days of the date of your arrival, the fee is One day's rent. All fees not including tax.
